This Portal is provided to allow authorized individuals to submit payments related to legal matters handled by Grisham Cummins, LLC (“Firm”). Use of this Portal is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting a payment through this Portal, I confirm that the applicable account is not in dispute, that the named individual on the applicable account is not in any pending bankruptcy case, and that the applicable account has not been discharged in a bankruptcy proceeding as to the named individual on the applicable account.

2. No Legal Advice

Nothing in this Portal shall be construed as advertising or legal advice. The use of this Portal does not create any attorney-client relationship between the Firm and you. Any information presented is for payment processing and administrative purposes only.

3. Authorization to Submit Payment

By submitting a payment through this Portal, you confirm that you are the named individual on the applicable account or are a third party making a payment on behalf of the named individual on the applicable account. In any event, you confirm that you are authorized to make payment on the applicable account. You confirm that the payment amount entered is accurate, the payment may be applied to the applicable account, and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the payment. You agree that, once submitted, your payment is non-refundable.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, contact information, account number, and payment amount. The Firm is not responsible for delays, processing errors, or other issues resulting from incorrect information submitted by you.

5. Payment Processing

Payments made through this Portal are processed by PaymentVision, a third-party payment processor. By using this Portal, you consent to PaymentVision’s use of the information you provide to process your payment. The Firm does not store the financial institution information you provide to PaymentVision. Processing times may vary.

6. Partial Payments

Payments made through this Portal on an account, other than payment in full, will not constitute an agreement and will not necessarily prevent further action on the applicable account. By using this Portal, you confirm that the payment is being made and shall be applied to the applicable account without any conditions.

7. Confidentiality and Security

The Firm takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this Portal. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. By using this Portal, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online transactions.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this Portal for unlawful purposes, fraudulent payments, interference with system operation, or unauthorized access attempts.

9. Communication Consent

By submitting a payment through this Portal, you consent to receiving communications related to your payment and the applicable account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this Portal.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Firm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Use of the Portal after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

Payments made through this Portal are deemed to be made in the State of Alabama. These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of Alabama.
